Went to Arc 2000 end of March 2011. Booked online through this company from the UK before with no problems - arrived and collected kit with ease, equipment was of good quality. We had red ski equipment and red snowboard equipment. During the week one board had to have bindings tightened, and on another board a binding strap broke. These problems were all sorted easily and without hassle or charge. The "walk-in" prices in the shop were nearly double what we paid - great saving through this site. We don't book through tour operator as always much more expensive than here. Very good service, very good equipment, used this company 3 times (at Serre Che, Val T & Arc 2000) and will definitely use again.

Bonne impression générale

Sur le site manque de clarté sur le matériel loue surtout pour les enfants a qui un casque est obligatoire et qui n'est pas pris en compte quand on loue sur le site.

Le personnel était assez sympa a 2 exeption près.!!

A refaire sans faute tout de meme!!!

Le magasin Sports 2000 ne respecte pas le classement par catégorie de qualité.
A plusieurs reprises, il a voulu attribué à mon fils des boots de très mauvaise qualité avant de se résoudre à lui trouver une paire acceptable.
Il a du changé de snowboard par deux fois pendant la semaine.
Matériel de ski acceptable sans plus.
Magasin a ne pas conseillé.
