The service I receieved was excellent. Booking online was very simple and quick and there were no problems at all at the ski shop or with any of the kit. I would definately do it this way again.

Bonjour, Le magasin JMC Sport 2000 de La Chapelle d'Abondance a eu énormement de mal à s'organiser pour louer l'équipement (qui aurait du normalement être prêt dès notre arrivée) en moins de 2h00. Nous avons constaté que tous les clients qui nous suivaient ou précédaient le 13/02/2010 étaient dans la même situation: temps d'attente extrêmement long.

La notation ne correspond pas au schéma 10 batons pour une notre allant de 0 à 4. Le curseur se déplace de 2 en 2 pas top pour la précision.

I have used this shop through your twice now. This year I felt the skis were not red standard. Indeed a friend who hired blue from the shop got the same skis as me. Was this to do with the poor snow conditions? It certainly wasn't the same standard as the previous year. People were polite and helpful etc and we had a good time..... just a bit disappointed at he standard of ski. I will think twice before ordering red standard again. Thanks Craig
