In the heart of Haute Tarentaise, at 1850m high, full south exposed, La Rosière is a convivial ski resort built with traditional methods and in keeping with local taste. La Rosière is the only resort in Savoie which offers an international skiing area thanks to the link by ski lifts with La Thuile, in the Val d'Aosta Valley in Italy : the Espace San Bernardo, many off piste routes and heliskiing... skiing without borders. La Rosière will offer you many other activities for your family or friends.

ayant la ref des chaussures déja louées en février pas de problème mais les skis un peu vieillots.

cela fait 4 saisons que nous réservons le matériel au même magasin. Donc tout est ok.
Mais c'était la première foi que nous réservions via votre site et nous en sommes très contents car les prix sont encore plus bas.

When I placed the order I only wanted one extra helmet but my order included a second helmet which I clearly had not ordered under "Un-named' which was where I had not added a further name for a helmet. I still got charged for this and couldn't correct this. I therefore tried to get a refund for this at the shop but they explained that it was a deal between your company and us and not the shop. I was pleased with the overall deal but a little annoyed that I ended up paying an extra 11Euros for a helmet I didn't need.
For your info, the first time I entered my requirements, the site added up the weekly rental rate and then multiplied the total by 7 days so my initial bill was £1300! I only managed to book online by using one of your duplicate sites which I found with some perserverance. Hope this helps your future customer service. Jon Poole

Sur le site, il manque de conseil sur le choix de la catégorie de matériel par rapport au niveau de ski (ex : skis rouges pour niveau 3ème étoile)
