Bonjour,
C'est la première fois que j'ai loué mes ski via votre système. Il est vrai que j'ai payé beaucoup moins chère de ce que je paye d'habitude mais la qualité du matériel n'est pas du tout au rendez vous.
Les ski glissait peu. Ils étaient soit disant farté il y a peu de jours.
J'avais pris la formule intermédiaire, la formule rouge qui normalement correspond à une bonne qualité. Cela n'a pas été le cas.
L’accueil non plus à vrai dire aussi. Le loueur n'était pas très commercial.
Bref, globalement, je suis un peu décu

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have the following tips/comments:
1. Website - it would be nice to have examples of the brands of equipment that are offered in the different price categories (for example, Burton, Rossignol etc.).
2. Ski Shop - the staff was friendly but very slow and they had very little snow board equipment.
3. Equipment - very bad, the shop did not have my size shoes and most shoes had big holes. Also only very old equipment. I paid for the most expensive category and this was not worth the money.

very helpful staff, great sense of humour in english and french! All our party thought that the equipment was perfect for the conditions. would use them again.

When there are a lot of people in the store it is not obvious which queue to stand in to start the process of hiring the skis. It would be helpful if there were signs to indicate where to start the process and how they do it. We had stood in the wrong queue and once directed to the correct one after 10 minutes the shop was very efficient at serving us.

I made a mistake with the dates and needed to change. The staff were very helpful and did not charge me for change.
