- Where will I be delivered my ski equipment?
You will pick up your ski equipment on your arrival in the ski resort, in one of our shops in the resort's centre.
- Is it a good-quality equipment?
We work with ski professionals who are used to renew their equipments from one year to another. So your equipment will be the same as if you rent directly at the ski shop, but cheaper :).
- What happens if the sizes I have mentionned on my reservation are wrong?
When you will pick up your equipment, the storekeeper will help you to try and choose the good equipment for you. If you have any problem of equipment size during your stay, you can go back to the shop to change your equipment (if there are still availabilities). In that case, the shop might ask you extra fees for modification.
- Can I change my equipment during my stay?
If you want to upgrade the line of your equipment, the extra fees will be to pay on the spot. In case of modification for a lower line of equipment, no refund can be considered by the shop or by our company.
- I have made a booking and a payment online but have not yet received
my voucher. What can I do?
Vouchers are sent within 24 working hours. As our emails with attachments can sometimes be considered as spams, check your "spam box" to see if it has been received. If not, send us an email on info@bestpriceskirental.com with teh details of your reservation.
- I've made a booking online and I would like to add more equipments. How
can I do?
As long as the payment has not been made, you can add as many items as you wish. Then, you will have to make a new booking.
- I've made a booking but I did not pay online. Do I have to register once
more?
No. You can access your Customer Centre by indicating your email address (the one you used to register on your first reservation) and the reference of your order, which you should have received by email.
- What happens if I do not have my voucher on my arrival in the ski resort?
Your voucher is the proof that you have made a booking through our website. No equipment can be delivered without this voucher and an ID card or passport.
- Is my ski equipment insured against damage or robbery?
No, but most of the shops will propose you a guarantee for damage/robbery, which you can subscribe on the spot.
- Is it possible to rent a defined equipment?
No because the shops we work with, not always have the same lines and brands of ski equipments.
- Are sticks provided with skis?
Yes, sticks are always provided with skis.
