- Where do I get my equipment? All our partners’ stores are located in ski resorts. You can address us an email to the address: info@location-ski-moins-cher.com to indicate us your accommodation address so we can offer you the nearest store.
- How do I choose the first date of my ski rental? The chosen date in the booking process is the date in which you are going to get your equipment when the store opens.
- How do you choose the date of our last day of equipment rental? The chosen date in the booking process is the date you will give back your equipment to the store.
- I have an offer code. How can I use it on Best-Price-Ski-Rental? You have to put it on your order confirmation page under the section “Do you have a promotion code?”
- Is it possible to rent skis or snowboard only? Yes, you only have to choose the right category in the range of range of equipment we offer.
- Do I have to rent some sticks? All the sticks are included in all our skis packs.
- In the kid’s packages, is the helmet rent included? No, the helmet has to be reserved independently. Following mountains doctors advices; we recommend strongly rent a helmet for your child to protect him as better as possible.
- Is it quality equipment ? We work along with well-known professionals who change their skis every year. The equipment is well kept during all the season (waxing, sharpening...) you will always find the ski model you are looking to rent. From premium ski, last generation, to the most specific snowboard at the best market price, we will always have a availabilities for you. You will benefit from the same equipment as if you were renting it in the store but.. cheaper!
- What happens if the sizes given while doing my booking are incorrect? When taking your equipment, the salesperson will help you try your equipment on before you take it for real. Moreover, if you notice during your stay that your equipment does not fit you, it is always possible (depending on the availabilities) to go back to the store to change your equipment. Nevertheless, some shops can ask for an extra when changing the equipment.
- What happens if I want to change my equipment range while in the resort? In case you would like to change for a better range of equipment, you will have to pay the extra in the store you are getting your equipment. In case you would like to change for a lower range of equipment, no refund will be possible, neither in the store nor in our agency.
- I have done my reservation on line, but I did not receive mu voucher. What do I have to do? The vouchers are sent as soon as the on line payment has been accepted and validated. It is possible that the attachments have been blocked by some mailing servers. We ask you to check if our email did not go to the "spam" in your email box. If you do not receive any messages from us, you can contact our team using the file above. We will send you your voucher back as soon as we get your message.
- I have made a booking and I want to add some equipment. How do I do that? When a booking has been confirmed by our team, you cannot change this booking. You need to make a new booking and log in again.
- I have made a pre-reservation but I did not paid yet. Do I have to log in again? No, because you can find your pre-reservation while log in to your "customer center". You only need to put your email address (the one you put when you have done your pre-reservation) and your order number you received by email when doing this pre-reservation.
- What happens if I do not have my voucher when taking my equipment? The voucher that we give you is a proof of your booking and payment on our website. No equipment will be given without this document and an ID.
- Is the equipment insured against breakages or robbery? No, but you have the possibility to get an insurance robbery/breakage on our website when you make your booking.
- Is it possible to rent a special type of equipment? It is not possible to make a booking for a special brand or a precise type of equipment because all the stores do not have the same equipement.
- Are the sticks included in the ski rental? Yes, the sticks are always included in the packages and with the skis only.
